Terms & Conditions

Confidentiality

 

All aspects of client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be shared with any third party, other than if legally required to do so.

 

Clients have the right to request copies of their personal records and any treatment administered; 14 days notice is required for such a request and a small charge for copying made. Clients can also request to change or remove any personal details from Full Circle Movement records.

 

Full Circle Movement will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your details including email address will only be used for agreed services and products provided by Full Circle Movement.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment is required by Cash, Card or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card. Payment is required at the end of the session / appointment being charged for.

 

All goods remain the property of the Full Circle Movement until paid for in full.

 

Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs.

Cancellation Policy

 

A minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification is accepted in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ or letter but NOT via Facebook. Cancellation is only complete once confirmation of cancellation is received by the client from Full Circle Movement.

 

Full Circle Movement reserves the right to charge the full regular fee for any missed appointments without cancellation.

 

 

Illness

 

If you have experienced illness such as sickness, diarrhoea or other infectious illness within the last 72 hours please contact us to rearrange you appointment. This is important as to safeguard the wellbeing of others within and attending the clinic.

 

 

Perfume

 

As we have a number of clients who experience Sensory Processing Disorder, we ask that all clients refrain from wearing perfume, fragranced creams or perfumed cosmetics, (including aftershave and perfumed deodorant / body sprays), for their appointment as this could adversely affect the wellbeing of other clients. We aim to provide the same high quality service for all of our clients and thank you in supporting us in this matter.
